A good stopping point, flat and quiet. The dogs are not aggressive, but there is litter scattered around. We filled two garbage bags and there was still at least that much remaining.

There is a small parking area next to the road with a free fountain and a large tree providing shade. You may come across a group of friendly stray dogs, so it would be helpful to have dog food with you. This spot is convenient for overnight stays while traveling from Bulgaria to the Transalpina or the Transfagarasan. Although there is some noise from the road, the traffic is minimal.
