The secluded area near Dooniver beach is ideal for a peaceful night's stay. It features three tables and stretches around 100m in length and 6-7m in width. It is particularly suitable for 6m vans that can easily turn around and park alongside the sheep fence. There are no signs prohibiting access to the area.
The place is beautiful, peaceful, and has direct access to the sea - perfect for a refreshing evening swim. If you're lucky, you may even spot seals on the beach during an evening stroll. Highly recommended. Despite it being high season, we had the place all to ourselves.
Great quiet place for an overnight stay. Upon arrival, we noticed a camper van but it was far away, so it was peaceful. The beach was fantastic for swimming. Thank you!
