This spot is located just outside the well-known Peak District. The pub owned by JWLees serves delicious food and also welcomes dogs. They kindly request visitors to enjoy a drink and park in the overflow parking area. The road tends to be quiet at night but does have some traffic in the mornings. On Sunday mornings, there may be a clay pigeon shoot taking place in the car park from 10:15 am. Additionally, their Sunday roasts come with bottomless gravy and Yorkshire puddings. It's worth noting that the area has a slight slope, but it is manageable for an overnight stay by using levellers.
