In this paid area, within 2 days, I experienced 2 minor thefts from my motorcycle trailer parked in a designated zone by the operator. The area is poorly lit and lacks video surveillance. The vehicle gets dirty with a very sticky resin from non-pine trees. Many rowdy individuals have loud discussions. Personally, I did not enjoy it.
