This campsite offers spaces for campers that are no longer than 7 meters. It is located in a peaceful and scenic area near the Luhe river and the Luhe cycle path. The level ground is secured with lattice stones. The campsite is conveniently close to the historic city center, playground, and Luhe Gardens. It is a great starting point for bike tours and hikes, and there are shops nearby. It also has good public transport connections to Hamburg and Lüneburg.
As of 26.09.2022, only 3 out of 9 spots are occupied. The city center, with supermarkets, a drugstore, and restaurants, can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. This spot is suitable for overnight stays, with fair prices for parking and electricity. Thanks to the local community.
There is a small parking space available for RVs in the city center. It is conveniently located, but I cannot provide information about the noise levels at night. During our stay, there was a city festival with great live music, which was very enjoyable. I highly recommend this parking space.
