We stayed the night in a protected spot away from the wind on the small square above, near the cemetery. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Great location with a view of Santander. The Santander airport is nearby, with planes flying very close by - a spectacular sight! However, no planes fly at night. Between 6:30 PM and 11 PM, we saw around 7 or 8 landings. There were hikers passing by in the evening, but the nights were very peaceful. Beautiful sunset.
