The place is located near Mikulov and surrounded by vineyards. The noise can be noticeable due to the discouragement systems, but it is almost quiet at night. The sanitary facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly. There is plenty of space as it was not crowded. However, with a full capacity, the single shower may not be sufficient. Additionally, there is wine available on-site.
