We stayed at a peaceful campsite in a secluded field with our van. The site was quiet and had clean facilities including a sanitary and kitchen area. There was a convenient bread service available in the morning. We enjoyed nearby attractions like Solemar and the opportunity to go hiking and biking in the forest.
The campsite primarily caters to long-term campers. The entrance area has gravel instead of grass. The restroom facilities are very clean and showers require payment through a chip system. The on-site restaurant and beer garden are good, although their opening hours are currently shorter and somewhat unclear due to the impact of COVID-19. The lake is currently closed for swimming due to bacterial contamination.
