This place is not particularly special. It's a good option for a stopover, but nothing more. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars.
Stpl. Römerwardt: Payment is accepted in cash by placing it in an envelope at the wooden hut or parking machine. The parking area is located behind a hotel complex, near the banks of the Rhine. It consists of two long rows and one angled row on slightly uneven ground. There is limited shade, but plenty of space. The adjacent large parking lot is designated for day parking from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Electric vehicle charging stations and 220V columns are available. Showers and wellness services can be accessed for a fee at the nearby Welcome Hotel. There is also an affordable pizzeria located in the marina of the RTGW, with a terrace to enjoy sunsets.

The parking spaces are spacious and the location is ideal. The only issue is that the advertised 1.5Kw for 1€ is not accurate. In my opinion, based on my experience at other places, it's closer to 1Kw. If I visit the place again, I will bring a measuring device with me.
