Right in front of the VW World. Online reservation was no longer possible. Parking lot is empty. Register at the gatekeeper at P1. The fee is 6€ and there is an additional charge of 3€ for electric charging.

The RV site at the VW Autostadt is located on the parking lot, offering electricity and water connections. The site is equipped with hedges to provide privacy and has a view of the car towers. Although the site is not very quiet due to the nearby road, the staff is friendly and helpful. Restrooms at the Autostadt, located 800m away, are available from 8 am to 6 pm.

Stars are only given for the price. Parking fees for cars or campers are 6 EUR for the whole day and night. For an additional 3 EUR, you can have unlimited access to electricity and water. However, as previously described, the facilities are inconvenient and noisy. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, many areas in the car city are closed or have limited access. The slides were also closed. We were overall disappointed and expected more for the 35 EUR family entrance fee.
