Electricity is included in the price, just make sure to fill up your water tank. There can be some noise in the early evening due to trains and the autobahn, but it is quiet at night. Overall, I felt very safe and grateful to the municipality.
We stayed there for 2 peaceful nights. The parking was conveniently located for visiting Berlin, and it only cost 6€ for 24 hours, including free electricity. However, there was no water or facility for emptying wastewater. It's worth noting that the location is next to a highway and you can hear the train.
