This dream spot is a bit tricky to reach! It is accessed via a rough road for about fifteen kilometers. Large lowered vehicles will have a hard time getting there, but bigger vans and motorhomes can make it with a few anxious moments.

Please note that only vans can access the location, as the path is not suitable for large or low vehicles. While swimming and fishing are prohibited, there are alternative locations available along the lake road.

We stayed there on the evening of May 21st. The location is absolutely perfect! There are a few kilometers of narrow road, but nothing terrible. The cows will come to say goodnight to you, along with the horses. Two shepherd-type dogs roam around, they are not really aggressive. And life on Mount Etna is also great!
