This campsite is a small and friendly place with a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can enjoy swimming for free in the on-site pool and have drinks in the friendly bar. Although there was no food available at the bar during our visit, they do offer it. The campsite also has facilities like warm showers and an Elson point. We had a pleasant experience and plan to return. To check in, you can go to the bar of the Rose and Crown Pub since the campsite is located behind it.
The staff is welcoming and the location is peaceful, but there might be some noise disruptions. The cleanliness of the showers and toilets is average. The food at the pub is basic. However, it's important to note that the park has numerous hazards. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, although the person doesn't plan on returning in the future.
