The described place is located close to the road. We drove a bit further in. We had a very good sleep in front of the gate of a recycling center. It closes at 4pm. There are no signs prohibiting overnight parking.

Staying for one night is fine, but we wouldn't recommend staying longer. The road nearby is quite busy even at night, and there can be loud noise from airplanes. There are also many cyclists passing by the area and a lot of cars going to the recycling center nearby, especially on weekends. Unfortunately, there are no trash bins available.
