There is a spacious parking lot available at the outdoor pool. However, during the peak sports season, it can be challenging to find parking due to high demand. The location offers stunning views of the valley, making it a great spot for hiking in the Schönbuch area.

We had a peaceful night alone.
The hedges forming parking rows are open at the end: you can turn around and park facing downhill without using wedges - you can also park alongside the basketball court!
Above the swimming pool it's narrow, but there is another option with a view.
Start the Schönbuchspitzrunde hiking trail from the Saurucken parking lot.
Another destination is the wildlife enclosure in Ammerbuch (take a left after the playground to complete the loop).

Nice, quiet, sunny, and spacious parking lot in winter. Can be a bit uneven and occasionally slippery. Free wifi available.
