This campsite is located in a serene and beautiful natural environment, with convenient access to Belau bathing lake. It offers a range of recreational activities, including canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding. There is also a lakeside sauna and a restaurant that serves meals throughout the day. Families can enjoy the nearby playground and Trappenkamp adventure park. In addition, guests have the option to stay in various permanent accommodations like tiny houses, igloos, tipis, or fixed caravans. The campsite was recently renovated in 2020/21.
We paid 21 euros without electricity for a pitch for 2 people. The registration process was handled by an inexperienced and incompetent staff member. The pitch was located right next to the children's playground. For electricity, there was the option of using coins at the bottom of the column or paying a flat rate of 5 euros per day. The sanitary facilities were clean. The restaurant had friendly service and tasty food, although the portion sizes were small for the price.
