The canoe station offers a peaceful and scenic car park located next to the old Oder river. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities, including electricity, toilets, and showers, are well-maintained and clean.

The location is very peaceful and costs 10€ for a parking spot without any services. We enjoyed complete solitude in early June. There are no shops in the village, but a REWE and bakery are about 4 km away. One can also see otters and kingfishers in the evenings.
