Located along a dirt road near the sea, there are several vacant cottages that were not occupied in May. The northern part, which was previously a brickworks, can only be reached by a 4x4 vehicle. However, the southern part, Marina di Modica, is easily accessible even by a van. It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk to Marina di Modica where you can find a pizzeria and café.
To access the location, there is a small dirt road that eventually becomes too narrow. It is advisable to avoid driving through this road to prevent scratching the car's paint. Alternatively, one can reach the destination through a paved road. The place is indeed beautiful.
