This campsite offers a comfortable and peaceful experience. It has a small and charming atmosphere, with a clean service house containing showers and toilets. Electricity is available, though it is recommended to bring extension cables. There is a cozy grillhouse and various seating areas. The campsite also has marked paths for walking or cycling. Check-in is located at the owner's house next to the main road, and they accept card payments.
The place is situated in a beautiful location and we were only three, which almost felt like being alone on the vast meadows. However, we deducted two stars for the price (400 NOK without electricity and including showers), the quite old sanitary facilities (the dim light was forgiving), the lack of Wi-Fi, and especially for the fact that there was only hot water in the kitchen and the women's shower.
A beautiful secluded camping site, located right at the edge of the forest and a perfect starting point for hiking. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There is a large lawn where you can easily find a spot. The restroom facilities are clean.
