Experience peace and relaxation in nature at Strömgården 1884 farm. Located at the end of a road, enjoy views of two lakes and the forest. Swim at the nearby public bathing area, pick berries and observe animals in the forest. The area also offers various leisure activities. Stay in the rental stuga and visit the small farm shop and coffee stuga (summer only). Pre-order breakfast packs and homemade bread. Please note, no grey/black water disposal available.
This place offers a peaceful and beautiful camping spot with a fire pit and outdoor seating. The owners are friendly and ready to assist. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the café. The menu may be small, but the food is excellent. Additionally, you can purchase fresh eggs and honey (seasonally) from the farm's animals at the farm store.
During the journey to this location, we spotted three elks on the edge of the forest. The night spent at the location was peaceful and restful. The following day, we visited the on-site café where we indulged in delicious coffee and Swiss pastries while admiring the adorable Highland cattle. If we pass by this area again, we will happily make a stop here.
