The last 800 meters have a steep slope and dirt ground. A 4x4 vehicle was seen descending uncontrollably. A lighter 4x4 camper may navigate safely, but heavier vehicles could be at risk. There is a transfer service available using pickups.

The view is beautiful and can be accessed by a road that is not paved. The last section of the road is quite steep, so it is advisable to have a 4x4 vehicle. You can also find a big cabin called Varful Ciucas near the parking area, where you can stay overnight and enjoy fancy amenities, as well as order food and drinks.
