There are some limited, level areas near the beach on the island that offer a beautiful view of the sunset over the city. While there is some litter present, it is not excessive. A small number of locals can be found in the area until midnight, but they are not noisy. The location is accessible by all types of vehicles, and if you continue driving, you may discover even more pleasant areas.
