Located at the base of a deserted ski resort, this area offers shaded spots near the wood entrance and the spacious parking lot for a panoramic view. It serves as the starting point for hikes to Mount Corvo and has several marked trails for mountain biking. There is a drinking water tap at the wood entrance. During the day, hikers and cyclists pass through, leaving you with solitude at night.
You can enjoy pleasant walks starting from the spot. Take some fresh water from the fountain just outside Fano Adriano (recommended by locals). The fountain still provides water. It is also interesting and somewhat sad to explore the remains of the abandoned plant.
