There is a parking spot near the Col de la Madeleine's belvedere where you can park your vehicle. The only noise you may encounter is from cowbells. The area is reachable by van, but I am unsure about the availability of electric vehicle charging. Water points can be found along the way, but they may not be portable.
The location is not very accessible, especially in wet weather. The fields are saturated with water. It is not recommended to drive a van or motorhome there due to the risk of getting stuck in the mud and the lack of turning space. We went there this afternoon but left without exploring further.
