This forest location offers a peaceful retreat with amenities including a wind shelter, fireplace, and toilet. Fishing is available with a valid license, and access is limited to 4x4 vehicles.
Lovely picturesque spot! We visited in August 2021 and were fortunate to see reindeer. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck as we had a minor issue with a marten during our overnight stay. However, incidents like these can happen anywhere. Overall, this place is amazing and we had it all to ourselves.
A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the final 100 meters which can be muddy, but the terrain below is stable. The surroundings consist of a river, trees, and the soothing sound of mosquitoes.
