Parking available on an asparagus farm with space for large mobile homes. Conveniently located outside of town, right along a bike path. Various attractions nearby include Weltenburg Abbey, Hunderwasserturm in Abensberg, and Limestherme Bad Gögging.
We extended our stay from 2 to 7 nights because of the comfortable accommodations. We highly recommend trying the fresh asparagus from the local farm shop. The owners are friendly and provided us with useful information about the surrounding area. There are cycle tracks leading to Abensburg and Bad Gogging, both worth exploring. Another enjoyable cycling route takes you to Weltenburg, where you can take a boat to Kelheim. Lastly, there are lovely pebble beaches along the Danube.
This is a great and affordable place to stay. It costs only 10 euros per night, which includes utilities. It is located in a quiet area at the back of the courtyard, right next to the edge of the forest. The facilities are well-maintained and modern. There is free TV reception, ample parking space, and a self-service payment system.
