Sutton Hall is a charming pub and restaurant that used to offer electric hook-up facilities, but they are not frequently used anymore. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodated our large campervan. The pub is located down a narrow lane, but we managed to reach it without any issues, despite our 28-foot long vehicle. It is a popular and delightful countryside establishment.
The location is pleasant and conveniently close to a pub. We asked for permission to stay overnight and received a positive response right away. While there are no facilities, the free and enjoyable location makes it not a problem. The walks around the pub are also very beautiful.
We were driving by and stopped at a bar. We asked if it was alright to park our van for the night while we came in for some drinks. The staff were friendly and said it was no issue, and even thanked us for checking with them. It was a great place to take a break.
