There are four camper pitches available for a fee in section K of Loch Lomond National Park. The first pitch is located at a specific spot, while the other three are a bit further down the one-way street. To secure a pitch, you can make an online reservation and pay in advance. This will provide you with an access code for the area. If you prefer, you can also purchase an entrance ticket directly instead of using the machine. These pitches offer a peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, and plenty of options for hiking.

The Three Loch Forest Drive may sound romantic, but it is not as picturesque as it seems. It is actually a wide gravel road used for forestry purposes, and the permit area K is just a few stopping points along this road with scenic views. It is important to note that wild camping in the forest is not allowed in area K.

Camping permits are required for a private parking spot. The forest trail has a specific direction, so remember to follow it while walking and using restrooms. There is a lovely view of the trossachs, but be aware of midges in the evenings. Overall, it is a worthwhile experience for the price of 3 pounds.
