Camping

This place is situated in a picturesque location and offers a friendly reception. However, it is located right next to a busy highway, which results in a lot of noise. On the positive side, it is only a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus and train stop, and it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the city center by bus. The online booking process was a bit problematic. In terms of facilities, there were not enough sanitary facilities considering that our campsite was only about one-third full. This resulted in traffic congestion at the washrooms in the mornings.

The staff was friendly and the toilets were clean. However, the campsite is located right next to a highway, so it can be quite noisy, resembling a rest area. Taking the public bus to the city center costs 15€ per person, which adds up quickly. Additionally, the campsite itself is quite expensive. We arrived in the morning and had to pay an extra 19€ because we had to wait outside the entrance. All in all, we ended up paying 71€ for two people.

We were able to empty and refill with fresh water without having to stay overnight at the campsite and it was free of charge. The staff was very welcoming. We greatly appreciate their help.
