You can purchase tickets at the campsite reception. The campsite is well-maintained and offers amenities such as a playground for children and laundry facilities. Out of all the campsites, this one comes highly recommended.
The stay at the campsite was great! There is a convenient bus stop right outside the entrance, specifically for the 215 bus that goes all the way to Walthamstow Central. This allows for a perfect connection to London. The facilities at the campsite were good overall. However, we encountered a slight issue with the laundry. The laundry machine only accepted old UK currency, but you can obtain it at the reception. Unfortunately, the reception was closed when we needed to use it, so we couldn't access the currency. However, the friendly employees at the campsite were kind enough to assist us in jump-starting our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we definitely plan to return in the future.
This is a great location outside the Low Emission Zone (LEZ). It is very convenient to reach London using public transportation, which takes around 1 hour. There is a bus that departs directly from the site. The pitches are spacious. However, the reception staff are not very helpful when it comes to answering questions. Additionally, the reception is not open for the entire duration of the official opening hours.
