Near Conques, there is a forest path called camí vell d'Isona that takes you to the Mare de Déus de les Esplugues hermitage. It has a picnic area with one table, suitable for small vans and campers.
The site has good access and is on a forest trail. It’s quiet and flat for sleeping. Three vans and one motorhome stayed there. The starry sky is beautiful. Nearby is a dinosaur footprint trail to visit. There are picnic tables, a BBQ, and a fountain, which is dry due to Covid restrictions.
This place is very calm and has a useful wooden table. The path is in good condition, and there are bins available. The night sky is amazing.
