We had a calm day and night with no one around. The area was clean, but the water sources were not working. We appreciated the easy access to the road in case of emergency, as the area is at high risk for fire.

There is a picnic area with tables, flat areas, and barbecue facilities. There is also a forest shelter with bunk beds and a fireplace that is always open. Easy access. There used to be a fountain, but when we were there, no water was coming out.
