Camping TELLINA is conveniently situated near a previously mentioned camping site on park4night. The campground offers ample and shaded spots, separate from the day parking area. The manager is friendly and fluent in English. The sanitary facilities are well-maintained and include hot water.
We arrived at night, and the caretaker kindly allowed us to enter. There were three vans in the parking lot, and the area was shaded and peaceful. However, please be aware that there are two nearby campgrounds. This one is absolutely lacking in amenities, with outdated sanitation facilities. We had to cross through an abandoned field to eat at the restaurant in the campground next door. Overall, the only advantage is a secure night's rest.
This place is ideal for nature lovers. It has kilometers of sandy beaches, perfect for walks. There is a designated camping area with its own beach. On Sundays, it can get crowded with locals. The beach area has loungers and umbrellas available for an additional cost. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and speaks good English. Expect loud music until midnight on Saturdays, but otherwise it is quiet. The campground was only a quarter full, so there are plenty of spots to choose from under the trees. The bathrooms were cleaned in the mornings and were sufficient. The showers are heated by solar power, so they may not always be hot. There are mosquitos in the evenings and an excessive amount of flies during the day (although there are hardly any on the beach). The owner even complained about there being too many flies this year, but spraying helped for half a day. We paid 24€ per day, including tourist tax, for two people and a motorhome. The nearest shopping options are in the city, which is 7 km away.
