The parking lot is located right next to the road. Although there isn't much traffic, it is not very pleasant. Continuing on a field road is blocked by a fence.

There is a parking spot at the high point of the hill that offers a scenic view of Weidenthal. Another camper chose to drive 100m further up the dirt road to get an even more impressive view of the valleys. I spent a night here and enjoyed the fantastic scenery.
