Positive: Enjoy the beautiful view and the soothing sound of the ocean while falling asleep. Negative: Occasionally, there is a smell from the nearby wastewater treatment plant and planes passing overhead. Also, being close to the city makes us slightly less reassured about potential visitors.
Positive point: Beautiful sea view and direct access to the beach. Although airplanes flying overhead during the day, they are not very noisy at night (from 11pm to 6am). We only saw a police car passing by in the evening and had no other visitors. Some locals may not have been happy with us as we used the water to launch our boat in the morning.
