Discover a picturesque location nestled beneath a magnificent chestnut tree with breathtaking views. Enjoy a serene and peaceful ambiance as there are no residents nearby. While the cafe/bar in the nearby town may have been closed on a Saturday afternoon, you can embark on a scenic hike up the mountain. Additionally, there is a captivating river walk further down the mountain accessible by turning at the playpark onto an asphalt road, then taking a dirt track (note that the terrain may be sandy and slippery when wet).
The location is lovely, but it's close to a sheep farm. The owner was kind enough to let me stay. I give it three stars because the shepherd dogs constantly bark and bother you. They're not very friendly, even if you try to feed them. If you're comfortable dealing with stray and shepherd dogs, then maybe it won't be a problem for you.
