Dale Bottom caravan park is located south of Keswick, easily accessible from the A591. It is a convenient spot for a short stay to take a break from wild camping and freshen up. The price for a spot with electric hook up is £30, slightly more expensive but it offers a peaceful ambiance along with clean shower and toilet facilities.
The staff at the reception were not friendly and appeared to be annoyed by campervan check-ins. The price for the facilities was high and higher compared to other local places. Additionally, there was a charge of £1 for shower tokens, which could only be obtained from the reception.
