We visited yesterday, February 16th, and had a very negative experience. We spent 40 minutes asking for hot water in the showers, and they were unsure of who was responsible for fixing it. They told us it was resolved, but we ended up having to shower with cold water in bathrooms without heating, with all the windows open in the middle of February. The surroundings are beautiful, but there is no drinkable water, electricity, or properly prepared bathrooms (no toilet paper and broken toilets), so we do not recommend it at all.
