The Sun Trevor pub is a charming establishment that offers both food and the opportunity for a pleasant stroll along the nearby canal into Llangollen. If you visit, make sure to have a chat with the friendly bar staff. Please note that the parking spaces at the front are not for patrons. This hidden gem comes highly recommended.
Before visiting, it is advisable to call and confirm if overnight stays are allowed. I had a similar experience where I was informed upon arrival that they do not offer overnight accommodations. Additionally, they mentioned that only campers with toilets were accepted and that they were fully booked. It is unfortunate because the location offers a wonderful view.
I had a great experience staying at this place for one night. The staff was extremely helpful, the food was delicious, and I enjoyed a nice walk into Llangollen along the canal. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
