This location is perfect for a peaceful stop with convenient laybys and ample space. Although there are signs prohibiting camping and barbecues, many have disregarded them without issue. Be aware that wild ponies might approach your van and interact with it. Unfortunately, the water source in Montgomery waters is currently closed due to COVID-19, but normally there is a tap available from a spring. Alternatively, you can access water from a tap outside the pub at Bridges.
