The area is very quiet at night and there is water available, but it is not safe for drinking according to the sign. I stayed here for two nights and encountered a few friendly locals and a farmer, but otherwise there was not much activity. To reach this place, it is recommended to take the gravel road from Pisciculture du frais Baril or come from Les Trayes. If you use Google Maps from Xertigny, be careful as it may lead you down a steep forest road. While it is possible to manage, it is easier to approach from the other direction. Upon arrival, there is only flat ground at the junction, and the access is more suitable for smaller vans.
