The carpark has separate male, female, and disabled toilets with a baby changing table. There is a fire pit and picnic tables at the view point where fires are allowed. There is ample parking space near the back of the carpark. The area is peaceful and toilets are accessible 24/7, with bins and water available from the taps. A family of five and their dog had a pleasant two-night stay, enjoying the lovely walking and biking tracks and the breathtaking views. The place has remained unchanged for 6000 years, with a picture of an information board to verify this fact.
This parking area is conveniently located near the road but is very quiet as it is not on a busy street. There are many picnic tables nearby with a designated area for barbecuing. Restrooms and running water are available. It is also close to the lake and hiking trails.
Beautiful and peaceful parking spot with a large lake, hiking trails, picnic tables, and a fire pit. The restroom facilities were clean, heated, and private. We stayed here for one night.
