Parking spaces are limited for cars and very small in size. We parked our camper on the grassy area frequently visited by dog owners. Campers are allowed to stay for a maximum of 72 hours. We cycled approximately 6 km along the Saar river to reach the city center. The area is quiet at night. There is a bakery located 600 meters away. Please note that there is no electricity, waste disposal, or toilets available.

We stayed here for one night and were the only camper. It is an official camper spot in a mixed parking area. It is a great spot with no facilities. We parked next to a large grass field where we enjoyed sitting. It is about 6 km to cycle along the Saar river to Saarbrücken. However, be aware that it is located on a main road, so there is some traffic noise during the day. The nights were peaceful, but traffic started early in the morning.
