The staff is friendly, the facilities are modern and clean. Check-in is fast and easy. We enjoyed our stay here. The view of the Rhine is great. However, be aware that the ship traffic can be loud at night. Overall, it was a great experience and we would gladly return.
We were only allowed to refill 10% of water once, and when we tried to do it again, we were told, "You can't hoard water here indefinitely!" We were not allowed to refill anymore, even though we had a baby with us. Additionally, our trash bags were counted, including a few extra with baby diapers. It's unbelievable! The cameras are used to monitor people, not to ensure safety.
