The pass has a flat area, which offers a beautiful view of two valleys. There is a path that can be accessed by a 4WD vehicle, leading to a neighboring summit with panoramic views. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes to walk to the summit, with an elevation gain of 150 meters. The location is a peaceful spot, with the occasional presence of cows and two friendly dogs. If you choose to go higher, there is a spacious area where your camper can be parked without being visible from the main road. It is a 45-minute drive from Sinaia.
We received feedback from others, acknowledging the challenges we encountered in the area. One issue was the prevalence of cow waste, which covered the surroundings. Additionally, there were a significant number of flies present in the air.
