Sandaholm Camping is located in a picturesque meadow, right by the lake. With both spots for short-term and long-term camping, this place offers something for everyone. The sandy beach gently slopes into the water, perfect for a refreshing swim. The sanitary facilities are kept clean and the showers require a small fee. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a restaurant and a kiosk, both of which have a lovely terrace overlooking the lake. Please note that the nearby street may cause some noise. Additionally, you can rent canoes and boats for some water adventure.
We stayed here for 2 nights as a pit stop. Although our pitch was not by the water, it was located at the back of the campsite, providing a peaceful and secluded spot. There was a beautiful flower meadow nearby. The sanitary facilities were good and clean. However, there was quite a lot of noise from the road, although it improved on the second day when the wind direction changed. The owners were extremely friendly and their restaurant served delicious food, including tasty desserts.
Lovely location. Stayed for one night. Free choice of spots with a beautiful view of the lake. The sanitary facilities were all clean. The only minor issue was that the shower time was limited to 4 minutes, so you have to be quick.
