This place is beautiful, but the road leading to it is marked as a total nature reserve, meaning no motorized vehicles or camping is allowed, as stated on multiple signs.

This is a wonderful place to stop in the middle of the Abruzzo National Park. It is very calm and is a great starting point for exploring the park. However, please note that there are no services available at this location.

Plenty of space for parking and exploring the various hiking trails that start from here. For overnight stays, the nearby Campitelli plateau is a great option.
