This recreational area is spacious and has a wide range of amenities. It features many barbecues and picnic tables made of stone. Although the bathrooms are currently closed, there is a water source available. Situated at an elevation of approximately 1400m above sea level, the air here is fresh and enjoyable. The area is surrounded by lush pine trees, creating a serene atmosphere. Parking is conveniently located within the recreational area. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay overnight as the gates were closed, but we would have greatly enjoyed the experience.
This place is great for picnicking, with plenty of tables in the shade or sun and a nice view. Clean restrooms are available during the day, and there are nearby trash bins and water fountains. It’s a good spot for breakfast, even though we won't stay overnight.
