The campsite is situated by Zuidlaardermeer, close to the border of Groningen and Drenthe. It offers roomy, paved spots for campers, each equipped with water, electricity, and cable connections.
This year, we visited this fantastic campsite for the second time. It has a great location by the lake and even offers a swimming pool for bad weather days. To ensure enough space, swimming time can be booked in advance through an app, and it's free of charge. The sanitary facilities are modern and clean, and there are also great playgrounds and entertainment for children.
The campground is very spacious and popular among long-term campers. There is a small dog beach on the edge where dogs can officially run without a leash. However, dogs must be on a leash elsewhere in the campground. We found the cost to be expensive for what was offered.
