There is space available for approximately 10 vehicles near a dirt track that runs alongside the road. The road is accessible for all vehicles with some caution. This location does not offer any amenities or picnic tables, but there is a pool located nearby.
We had a peaceful night there after a disappointing experience at a spot near the summit of Serra de Estrela. The weather conditions were too poor. This spot saved us, it was relatively flat and very quiet. It may not have been the best spot of the year, but it was still very good!
This accommodation is a suitable option for an overnight stay. However, it is important to note that there may be construction workers present in the morning, so complete seclusion cannot be guaranteed. On the positive side, the view from this place is breathtaking, although it is worth mentioning that passing drivers on the road may be able to see you.
